🏅 Win the Day Leaderboard
Every Win the Day-eligible agent ranked by days won. Excused days don't count toward wins or losses.
| Rank | Agent | Role | Location | Days Won | Days Reported | Win Rate |

🌟 Win the Day Pulse
Company-wide win rate across every Win the Day profile (Sales, Customer Care Rep, Customer Care Manager, Marketing Coordinator), excluding excused days. The 14-day strip shows each day's win rate as a bar — taller and greener is better.
🚩 Needs a Check-In
Agents worth a quick conversation: a losing streak of 2+ reported days in a row (excused days don't break or count toward a streak), or Win the Day reports still pending from a day they clearly worked. Click an agent to jump to their report.
Monthly Overview
Apps written and issued, with written and issued premium, by line of business — Riverview and Apollo Beach side by side. The office picker only drives the goal progress bars below.
Progress toward monthly goals —
Set targets in Settings → Monthly Location Goals. Daily/weekly pace guidance only appears when viewing the current month.
Annual Goal Progress
Year-to-date progress toward each annual net gain target, with the pace needed to hit it by year end. Set targets in Settings → Annual Net Gain Goals.
Net Gain Trend
Enter the current net gain figure straight off the daily report (it already accounts for cancellations) — this replaces the auto-calculated Policy Log number for Team & Location Bonus and gain-based pay math.
Pace to Goal
A speedometer per office/line: the needle shows how your year-to-date net gain compares to where you'd need to be TODAY to stay on track for the annual goal — 100% is exactly on pace, green means ahead, red means behind. Each card also states the actual +/week and +/month you need from here to still hit the year-end target. Set targets in Settings → Annual Net Gain Goals. Life is entered per office above but rolls up into one agency-wide annual goal, so its card shows regardless of the location filter below.

📋 Quote and Conversation Log
Every Life/Health conversation follow-up captured from the Conversations card above (logging a Life or Health Conversation asks whether it led to a quote) — whether it turned into a quote (Accepted/Declined) or not (No Quote, with a reason). An Accepted quote still needs to be logged separately in Sell Something once the policy actually issues; this log doesn't create a policy on its own.

🛡️ Life Coaching Report
Life insurance conversations and the objections behind them, ready to send to our financial services coach. Defaults to last week (Monday to Sunday). Client names are left out unless you tick the box below; premium amounts are never included.
📋 Quarterly Performance Review
Results fill in automatically from the Policy Log and Activity Log. Pick an agent and quarter, adjust goals if needed, and add the written review.
This agent and date apply everywhere below — Conversations, Appointments, and Household & Reviews. Need to log something from yesterday (or any earlier day)? Change the date here first. One customer touched several activity types in the same interaction (a conversation, an appointment, etc.)? Everything is logged with the "Log Activities for a Customer" button above — enter the customer once and check off what happened. To fix a mistake, use My Activity Log.
💬 Conversations
It takes about 20 Life conversations to submit 1 Life app, and the same ratio for Health — so each of those two circles' targets is auto-calculated as 20 × that role's existing Life/Health goal (Settings → Role Goals). No separate goal to set for those two. Referral asks, Google review asks, IPS Conversation, and any other activity with a monthly goal that isn't part of Appointments or Household & Reviews (like Pivot to Sales for Marketing Coordinators) show up here too with a manual monthly goal — set one in Settings → Activity Types to see its speedometer. Click + right after each occurrence to keep it current — click − to undo a misclick.
📅 Appointments
Appointments Scheduled and Appointments Completed are always tracked here for Customer Care Rep, even before a monthly goal is set (shown as a plain running count until one is). IFR Appointment Completed needs a monthly goal set in Settings → Activity Types before its speedometer shows. Click + right after each occurrence to keep it current — click − to undo a misclick.
📋 IFR Appointment Completed Log
Every IFR Appointment Completed pop-up captured: who it was for, how it was conducted, whether something was sold (which also writes a policy into the Policy Log automatically), and whether FORM info was collected.
| Date | Agent | Customer | Office | Setting | Sold? | Premium | FORM? |
|---|
📅 Appointment Log
Every appointment a Customer Care Rep has scheduled (captured via the pop-up right after logging "Appointment Scheduled"), plus the day-after follow-up outcome once it's answered. "Pending follow-up" means the appointment date has passed and the reminder pop-up hasn't been resolved yet for that CC Rep — it'll keep reappearing the next time they're selected above.
| Appt. Date | Customer | Office | Setting | Scheduled By | Conducting Agent | Status | Details |
|---|
🏠 Household & Reviews
Saving a Household (retention saves), Liability Upgrade, and Google Review each get their own monthly target here — set one in Settings → Activity Types (Monthly goal) to see its speedometer below; without a goal set, that one just doesn't show yet. Click + right after each occurrence to keep it current — click − to undo a misclick. Pick an agent above to see theirs.
🌟 Win the Day
Win the day by hitting most of your daily goals. Junior/Senior Sales Rep and Sales Manager: 3 of 4 — 5 Auto/Fire Household Quotes, Close 1 New Household (a new Auto or Fire policy written today), 3 Life Conversations, and Complete All Sales & Service Tasks Assigned. Customer Care Rep: 3 of 4 — Complete All Sales & Service Tasks Assigned, Schedule 5 IFR or IPS Demo Appointments, 3 Life Conversations, and 1 New Sale (any line, written today). Customer Care Manager: 3 of 4 — 1 IPS Demo Scheduled, 3 Life Conversations, Complete All Sales & Service Tasks Assigned, and 1 New Sale Written (any line, written today). Marketing Coordinator: 2 of 3 — Complete All Sales & Service Tasks Assigned, 4 Sales Pivots, and 1 Closed Pivot or New Sale (a pivot you made closing today, or a policy of your own written today, any line). The computed goals update automatically as you log activities, pivots, and policies for the agent/date selected above — the Sales & Service Tasks goal is a quick self-check at the end of the day. Didn't win today? Add a quick comment so your manager knows what came up.
🎯 Commission Goal Pace
The selected agent's current-month commission goals (Settings → Role Goals) — Fire policies, Life issued premium, Life/Health quotes, etc. These come from the Policy Log / net gain figures rather than a raw click-to-log count, so they're read-only here. 100% means right on track for the full-month target, based on how far through the month we are today.
🔎 Find a Client
Type a client's name to see every record for them: pipeline prospects, policies, quote log, appointments, IFR completions, pivots, and IPS appointments and demos. Capital letters and word order don't matter.
Type at least 2 letters.
📊 All Activity Log
Every activity entry any agent has logged — every activity type, not just the ones with a $ rate set. Filter by office location, agent, activity tracking item, and a custom date range. Edit or delete any entry directly from this list.

Log a Household Sale
For a client buying one or more policies: enter the shared details once below, then add one line per policy. Each line has its own effective and chargeback date — status (Issued/Lost) is figured out automatically from which of those are filled in. Auto, Fire and Health issue automatically upon submission (MOD system), so those lines have no separate Issued Date and their commission triggers off the Effective date; Life still goes through underwriting, so it keeps its own Issued Date and pays once it actually issues. Auto/Fire lines saved here are assumed to have issued exactly as written — edit the individual policy below in the Policy Log if the issued premium came in different.

🔥 Add a Hot Prospect
Logged a quote that didn't close on the spot? Add it here once — it counts as today's quoting activity automatically (an Auto/Fire Household Quote, or a Conversation + Quote for Life/Health), and shows up on the board below for follow-up. When it closes, use "Mark Won → Log Sale" on the board and the client/line/premium carry straight into Sell Something.
Pipeline Board
Open prospects, grouped by whether they're due for follow-up yet. Click "Mark Won → Log Sale" once a prospect closes, or "Mark Lost" once it's dead.
🧲 Recruiting Pipeline
Candidates for any open position. Goal: 10 interviews a week. Only managers, the Operations Manager and the CEO can see this tab.

💰 Your Commish $
Full monthly breakdown for one agent, including accountability adjustment.
🧾 Sales & Activity Log
Exactly what this agent is earning commission on this month, for the agent/month selected above — one section per Auto, Fire, Life, and Health showing the actual issued policies behind those commission lines, plus an Activities section showing every compensated activity type that paid out. These always reconcile with the dollar totals above.
Payroll Export
Exports every active agent's net commission for the month selected above (not just the one agent shown above), with the total agency commission at the bottom — ready to hand off when you run payroll.
🧮 Commission Hypothetical Calculator
A sandbox — nothing here is saved or logged anywhere. Starts from this agent's real commission for the month selected, then layers on whatever extra apps/premium and extra activity you enter below to show the full what-if paycheck (including tier changes, Activity Commission, and the Accountability bonus/penalty), using the exact same math as the real Commission Report.
⚡ Quick Policy Calculator
Pick a product, enter the premium (or amount rolled over for annuities) and see the commission that one policy would earn — using this agent's real commission rates for the month selected above. Separate from the monthly what-if below; nothing is saved.
➕ Extra apps this month
For each line, enter how many MORE apps you'd write on top of what's already actually written this month, and roughly what premium each one would run. Leave a line at 0 apps to leave it untouched.

🤝 Team Monthly Bonus (hypothetical)
Each office defaults to matching its real status this month. Flip either office to assume it hits a different tier instead — this only changes the Hypothetical column, never Current.

📊 Current vs. Hypothetical
Team Monthly Bonus
Manager team bonuses are calculated per office, based on net gain (issued minus lost) for that month.
📖 Commission Plan & Team Bonus Guide
A reference for how commission and bonuses are actually calculated — every rate and threshold below is pulled live from the same numbers the Commission Report and Team Monthly Bonus above use, so this always matches what you're actually paid.
🏆 Annual Manager Bonus (manual entry)
This bonus is a % of the total "Agent Scorecard Bonus" pool and depends on company-wide recognition (Travel tiers, Chairman's Circle, President's Club) which isn't derivable from activity data. Enter the pool amount and check what's been achieved. Visible to Sales Managers, Customer Care Managers, Operations Manager, and CEO only.
Estimated annual manager bonus$0
Add / Edit Agent
Trainees are auto-tracked through their 30-60-90 day program based on hire date.
Save the agent first, then add a photo.
The CEO is always at both. Their days off, flex day and time off then show on both offices' calendars and keep them off both offices' scheduling lists.
Time off (vacation, sick, personal)
Dates entered here keep the person out of the lists used to assign IFR appointments, demos, panel interviews, and quarterly reviews.

Import Call Report
Upload your phone system's call activity export (RingCentral "Extension Activity" report — .xlsx or .csv) and inbound/outbound call counts are filled in automatically per agent per day, so reps don't have to track calls by hand. Everything else already logged for that day (quotes, appointments, etc.) is left untouched.
Import Sales Report
Upload a sales export from your agency admin system (columns like Product, Policy Name, Written By, Written Date, Issue Date, Policy Type, Written Premium, Issued Premium, Item Count — .xls, .xlsx or .csv) to bulk-load policies, e.g. to check a past month's commission report against known numbers. Each row becomes one policy record. Business Location defaults to the matched agent's home office. Written/issued premium is assumed to have issued exactly as written — edit an individual policy in the Sales log afterward if it came in differently.
Import Full Activity Report
Upload one general activity export from your agency's CRM/dialer (columns like Team Member, Tracking Item, Date, Logs, Source Type, Note — .xls, .xlsx or .csv) and this reads the whole file in a single pass: quotes, conversations, appointments, reviews, and any other tracked activity get sorted into Daily Activity Log counts below, while any "Pivot Made"/"Pivot Closed" rows are automatically routed into Pivot to Sales entries — no need to upload the same file twice through two different importers. Compensated activities (any Activity Type with a $ rate set) also get an automatic Compensated Activity Log entry per occurrence, with the client name pulled from the report's own Note column, so bulk-imported activity is just as traceable as logging it live.
Assumptions & Configuration
The source comp plan PDF left some values blank or open to interpretation. These are editable here so you can correct them to match agency policy exactly.
PDF left this blank for Junior/Senior/Manager/Customer Care roles. % is the max haircut applied at 0% goal attainment, scaling linearly up to 100% attainment.
PDF specifies "up to 50%" explicitly for trainees.
PDF specifies 130% for all roles. Multiplier ramps linearly from 100% goal attainment up to 150% attainment.
Caps the accountability BONUS specifically on Auto & Fire commission at this %, even if overall attainment would earn more. Below-goal penalties still apply normally. Life (and every other line) still gets the full bonus up to the Exceed-goal bonus cap above.
Data
Danger Zone
Permanently deletes records from the shared Supabase database for every agent, every month — not just this browser. This cannot be undone; export a backup above first if there's any real data mixed in. Meant for clearing test/demo data before going live.
Office Closed Dates
Weekdays the office is closed (holidays, storms, etc.). Win the Day never asks agents for a report on these dates — no sign-in prompt, red flag, or 4pm reminder. Saturdays and Sundays are always skipped automatically.
📞 ECRM Activity Data
Feeds the Activity Leaderboard. Upload a screenshot of the ECRM (Salesforce) activity report — one row per agent. The app reads it in your browser, then you review and fix the numbers before saving. Saving the same agent and dates again replaces the old numbers. Use either a monthly upload or weekly uploads for the same dates, not both, or they'd be counted twice.
Set this once to match your report. Leave a column on "(skip)" if the report has extra columns between these.

Role Monthly Goals
Used to calculate goal attainment % and the accountability multiplier. Edit if your agency's targets change.
Annual Net Gain Goals
Full-year targets, tracked against the Net Gain Trend on the Dashboard. Auto, Fire, and Life are all per office (matching the daily net gain entries). Saved separately for each calendar year below, so next year's targets don't erase this year's.
Monthly Location Goals
Per-office monthly targets by line of business. Drives the progress bars and daily/weekly pace guidance on the Dashboard's Monthly Overview.

Activity Types
Control which activities show up on the Daily Activity Log for each role. Uncheck a role to hide that field for them; remove an activity entirely to retire it agency-wide (already-logged history is kept, it just won't be trackable going forward). The "Comm. rate" column sets a flat $ paid per occurrence — this only applies to Customer Care Rep and Customer Care Manager pay; leave it at $0 for activities that should just be tracked, not paid. "Monthly goal" sets a volume target — any activity with a goal set shows up as a click-to-log circle on the Daily Activity Log's Activity Logging Goals card; leave it at 0 to leave that activity off that card (it still shows in the plain entry fields below). Add your own custom activities too.
One-click version of unchecking every role on Inbound/Outbound Calls, Auto/Fire/Life/Health Quotes, and the three US Bank Products rows below — use this once if this agency is switching to a manager-uploaded report for that data instead of agents typing it in daily. Life/Health Conversations are untouched.
Appointment & Demo Incentives
One simple payout for the whole IFR workflow (Schedule → Showed → Product Sold), designed for Customer Care Reps who schedule appointments for the sales team: the scheduler earns the first two amounts, and the agent who conducts earns the third. Sales team members earn nothing for scheduling and conducting their own appointments. The per-activity rates for Appointments scheduled, Appointment Showed, IFR Appointment Completed and IFR Appointment - Product Sold were set to $0 so nothing stacks. Paid in the month of the appointment, subject to the usual accountability multiplier.
